ADL Racing Forum Rules

We do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below. If you agree to the terms, please check the 'I agree' checkbox and press the 'Register' button below. Registration to the ADL forum is free. However, this free registration only allows you limited access to the forum. To gain full unrestricted access to the forum and the extra benefits of ADL Racing membership, you will need to become a paid up club member.

When using the forum, you are bound to abide by our terms and policies as outlined below. By posting on the forum, you agree to these terms and policies.

You agree that you will not post any messages of an obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful or threatening nature. Any forms of discrimination against other users of the forum will not be tolerated at all. Also posts that are otherwise violative of any laws will be removed immediately. The ADL Racing forum is a fun and friendly place, and we would like to keep it this way. We ask that posts are made within the spirit of the club, and rudeness toward and deliberate baiting of other members will not be tolerated.

We ask that you are especially careful when posting potentially libellous comments regarding other people, clubs or other organisations. This is a public forum and it is entirely possible that such comments can be taken out of context and used in possible legal action.

The ADL Racing Administrators and Moderators will attempt to keep all objectionable content from the forum, but it is impossible for us to review all messages. In this case, the 'Report Post' option can be used by users to report posts that they believe contravene the above terms to the Administrators and Moderators. Posts that are perceived to contravene the terms and policies will be discussed by the Administrators and Moderators and action taken if necessary. A user may be temporarily banned for a small contravention or permanently banned for a serious contravention of the terms and policies. The decision of the Administrators and Moderators is final.

ADL Racing reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason. No refunds will be given to anyone banned from the forum for disregarding these terms and policies.
